Cardathon...

Hi everyone!  A Cardathon was hosted by a forum group I belong to today.  I participated in it and learned a lot.  One of our members graciously led a real-time tutorial in making an easel card.  An easel card is a project I have never attempted before.  There were members from the States and other countries all participating at the same time.  Besides learning something (me, that is), we all got to chat at the same time. I am posting my first attempt at an easel card here.  I apologize for the quality of the photograph.  I have not yet been able to replace my digital camera, so this was taken with my computer.  I would appreciate any comments you may have....whether it is on how poorly the card photographed or my beginning attempt!!  Hope everyone has a great evening!

  7. Ruby Rocks!!! You did a fabulous job and I love the papers and the sentiment. How clever you are to get this photo with no digital. I sure would love to know how you did that.

  8. Hey Ruby! I think the buttons and the distressing are a perfect combination - It gives your Christmas/easel card a kind of shabby chic flair. . .;) Terrific job! :D MWAH!
